Purchased product for home computer.[...] You need to put it together, it comes in many pieces. Not written instructions only a drawing. The screws are in the chair, thought they were missing at first. Easy to adjust height of chair and arm rests. Was told I could adjust tilt of seat but can't figure out how. Tried calling company for more information but was told can't adjust seat.
